One of my most favorite quotes I find to be so inspirational and motivating is the one I have posted on my website from Buddha.
“Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.”
It’s up to each of us as to how we visualize our days, what we do and what is important. Every day 1440 minutes are deposited into our lifetime bank. Every single day. It’s impressive. This creates the capacity of making one feel wealthy and rich with possibilities. When we value each and every minute utilizing the opportunities given to us, it changes how we think, how we take action and how we emotionally become engaged with the world around us. Chemically it changes the brainwaves, moving the body into an alkaline state, away from the life-draining and cancer producing acidity. Basically it boils down to attitude changes everything.
My invitation is upon waking in the morning, assess what is on the to-do list. Organize it systematically, allowing time for appreciation over the course of the day. Make time for yourself to exercise, communicate, eat well and socialize. Remember to laugh. The minutes of your day have value and it’s up to you to spend them wisely. You will gain the richness of vitality and the wealth of loving relationships. And joy, you reap the benefits of joy.
Cosmic sunshine to you.
